The Wick Highflier

Highflier was created by combining New World and Old World wine making techniques. This wine is a pure expression of the Winemakers creativity, resulting in an exceptionally aromatic, clear rosé with distinct freshness. With aromas of ripe muscat, honeysuckle and apple on the nose that continue through to the palate with added notes of candy, marshmallow and raspberry. The finish is crisp and citrusy. 

Mainly Syrah and Merlot.
