Frind Big White 2022

Frind Big White is composed of varietals coming together from our Northern and Southern Okanagan Vineyards. Each grape was chosen for their specific flavour and structure, creating a well balanced, vibrant, zesty wine with crisp, lively acidity. The 2022 vintage is still dominant with Pinot Gris, Gewürztraminer, Chardonnay and Kerner as the core grapes used.

Citrus notes of lemon and lime on the palate balance with honeydew, white lily and peach. With a light body and a beautiful, elegant lingering finish.

Pair with breaded goat cheese on a beet and arugula salad.
