Blasted Church Big Bang Theory

Aromas of dark cherry, plum, strawberry, cassis, and mint. On the palate, dried cherries and strawberries open the attack with plum, coffee, and chocolate carrying through the mid-palate as the tannin builds into the balanced finish. 

Pair with almost anything from the grill. Sausages, burgers, or pizza would all make for a terrific pairing.
