Blasted Church Cabernet Sauvignon

Deep violet in colour, this wine shows cassis, blackberry, chocolate which opens to mint, wild sage, and cured meats. This is classic Okanagan Cabernet Sauvignon. 

On the palate look for plum and blackberry to open the attack with cassis and savoury notes taking over into the well-rounded mid-palate. Fine-grained tannins carry the wine on to the finish where the dark fruit and savoury notes linger. 

Pairing with Ribeye steaks and/or braised mushrooms.
